EcoTrigger consists of a Motorola V-180 quad-band GSM handset installed with a SuperSIM which is a roaming SIM that is supported with roaming agreement for more than 450 GSM operators in some 170 countries.
The user can send/dial both the PartyA and PartyB telephone numbers in one signaling attempt to Ecocarrier's service platform so that Ecocarrier can perform the operation of
Calling PartyA and Calling PartyB and then connecting them to enable them to have a telephone conversation.
The dialing format is +<CallBackTo Telephone Number>*<Call To Telephone Number>
The PartyA telephone number could be that of another mobile handset that the user carries and uses or it could be a mobile handset or a fixed-line telephone that is nearby; whereas the PartyB telephone number could be that of the destination party to be called.
Note that the mobile handset can be one that is GSM, CDMA or HSPDA etc.
EcoTrigger is particularly useful for use in calling PartyA that is a mobile handset that can receive an incoming call at no charge.
